Moving from Long Island, NY to Charlotte, NC, my family noticed that Charlotte was lacking a good Bagel and Deli Shop. So we decided to bring the delicious taste of NY Bagels to the south and a Deli that features Boars Head Brand cold cuts. The first Bagel Bin & Deli (Huntersville, NC) was established in 1995 when my father and uncle decided to open the business together. My business partner and I opened the 2nd Bagel Bin & Deli (South Charlotte-Ballantyne, NC) in 2008. At both our locations we make the Bagels fresh from scratch right on the premises, not frozen bagels shipped, baked and then calling them fresh NY bagels.
