Good for Mecklenburg! They refused to pay, and said they're rather just throw out their computers and start over

No joke! An employee at the county offices opened a virus, and now all of the county's computers are frozen up. The writer of the virus wants $23,000 by 1pm on Wednesday to release the computers.
