Lowes, Ace, any feed and seed, Henry Field Seed Catalog, Gurneys catalog, or Home Depot all sell deer and rabbit repellant and it does work if you remember to refresh it. I put up a motion sensor over my garden and set it at 60 feet. no troubles for 2 years.

Well it may be true...but i was told by my grandparents years ago that it only applies to canning. I know that my wife gardens while having the condition and we have never had a problem.

It's funny how these creatures will come to your garden and eat your vegetable plants when there's so many green plants available. I can see how they would like your cucumbers, tomatoes, cantalopes, and corn but they eat the plants. My father-in-law had a potato patch ruined a few years ago by deer. They ate the plants down before the taters could make.

100 stroke a day....have your wife/girlfriend stroke their hair 100 times a day with a hair brush ....put the hair out around your plants...now the only down fall to this is your wife/girlfriend will be bald , but you'll have cucumbers.

Just don't let anyone on their period around the plants. I found out the hard way and my cucumber plants ended up dead by the next day. Yeah the ex thought I was just trying to get out of work. Oh well live and learn. And stay away from the garden during that time of month

Second crop.....I'm trying.

You can still put seeds in the ground. It will take about a week or two for them to come up. You will just have late cucumbers and that is fine. I sometimes sow them again around the first of August just to get a later second crop. As for the deer this may not sound great but it is guaranteed to work. When you have to go urinate go to the garden. Of course don't do it on your plants but around the area. They will not come around human pea. You also could try hanging irish spring soap around your garden this will work to. Another option is seven dust just don't get it on your blooms it will kill your blooms. Hope this helps.

If you put more plants out tie pie pans close to them that will scare the deer away

You can plant seeds since cucumbers take a relatively short time to start producing(40 to 50 days). If you want to start harvesting sooner then go with transplants.
