No, they're NOT. Acetone removes nail polish. 100% Pure Acetone is the most powerful.

Don't forget to ventilate the restroom well before using strong chemicals to soften the dried paint. Inhaling the fumes could make you sick, pass out or damage your sinuses and lungs.
