There are already numerous prohibitions on who can buy and possess a fire arm. Back ground checks, federal laws on type of firearms that can be owned. And laws governing where they can be carried or transported And in some states even red flag laws. So according to your reasoning if its not working then maybe all gun laws should be done away with and any one can have as many as they want of any type

So yes, her history should be considered when the DA decides to prosecute and when the judge sets bail.
To bad his previous charge of attempted rape cant be brought up at his trial on this case unless he takes the stand.

Why do you assume that the Charlotte Police didn't conduct a thorough investigation and obtained evidence to corroborate the accusations, the fact that the victim is a prostitute and charges were filed makes me more inclined to believe the victim, the police would certainly know what an uphill battle they might have with a prostitute as a victim�especially if you are a juror.

Rape and murder are actions taken against a victim against their consent.Guns and drugs are neutral Objects/substances. Someone choosing to take drugs is very different than someone raping or murdering someone else. And what you've failed to address is The data presented to you showing that upon decriminalizing drugs in Portugal there was less drug related death and more people seeking treatment for addiction.

We've talked about this a lot in the past... with about 10% of rape cases being proven to be a false accusation, I don't think that anyone should be convicted (or charged) based exclusively on the word of someone else.
When they are, the history of the accuser has to be considered. A Magna **** Laude college student, for example, should have more weight than that of, for example, a prostitute.
So yes, her history should be considered when the DA decides to prosecute and when the judge sets bail.

Why my guns have never caused a problem for any one?, CRIMINALS cause problems not firearms. But way to spin, There are between 20 and 25 million ARs in the US, What percentage of them are used in crimes, FYI there is even more high cap handguns such as Glocks,Berettas and Sigs which LE reports show are used in more (mass shootings ) than rifles of any type,
