I didnt say that .Just agreed the initial bond was unusually high and suggested it might be because he was already out on bond for a previous charge of attempted rape, Apparently the defendant has not learned that no means no

Isn't the actual point that it makes sense for the bail to have been lowered?

So you think legalizing Meth would help. LOL

Sorry hillbilly misread your post But no her and I dont agree. Second guessing a woman who was raped and beaten is not something i agree with.

, just charged based on the accusation of the prostitute.

Wow so the word of a sex worker is automatically suspect? Even though one has the same right to say no as you ,your mother, or your daughter if you have one? What a enlightened statement on
Any comment on your earlier statement?

I don't understand what y'all are arguing about. It seems like you agree?

It's not plural... we do agree, but Max has been on the attack against me for awhile. I forget why.

Not at all just saying it seems asinine to even suggest legalizing any thing as dangerous and addictive as meth.

It would be my guess the fact that he was already on bond for a attempted rape was the magistrates reasoning for the high 2nd bond, But that is conjecture on my part, The assault charges and sexual battery probley played a part also

I don't disagree. But would you agree that the judge lowering the bond amount to something within the realm of the state's suggestion would also make sense?

If that was the case why the assault ans the sexual battery on his part

Just a theory, but isn't it just her word against his at this point? He hasn't been convicted of anything yet, just charged based on the accusation of the prostitute.

Not saying he's innocent or should be released (I know you've tried to twist my statements in the past), just saying that these facts could have had an impact on the judge's decision to lower his bond.

Regardless, the point was that the $2 million bond was MUCH higher than the $75,000-150,000 bail that's suggested by the state

It appears the defendant may be well on his way to becoming a serial rapist whats the bond recommendation for that?

We don't know the conversation. For all we know, she may have agreed to the whole thing for a certain amount of money, then when it was over he just didn't pay up

Like in the case of the drunk soccer mom there is not enough information in the article to form a real opinion either way. It would be my guess the fact that he was already on bond for a attempted rape was the magistrates reasoning for the high 2nd bond, But that is conjecture on my part, The assault charges and sexual battery probley played a part also

That sounds like something a sleazy defense attorney would say to try and get his client off

Maybe, but it's still an issue.
