shane snapped his neck it wasn't shown but daryl mentioned that he died of a broken neck

So, who do you guys think will become a feast for zombies in the next episode? One thing I don't understand, how was Randall killed?

heck if I know what's going on , I am so confused at this point, I think I have it figured out and then I think "wait a minute"

OK...something weird's going on...do you guys remember when Shane and Rick took Randall 18Miles out and were going to leave him at that facility? Well, the 2 walkers that came toward them that they practiced killing without using their guns...those 2 walkers DID NOT have any bite marks on them....and yes that was Randall in the woods that came after Darrell and Glenn....he didn't have any bite marks either....now Shane is stabbed and dies that way but then he gets back up as a walker???? WTF guys????

and I am sorry if someone has posted this just recently....I didn't get a chance to read the very last page of posts...I'm on my lunch break and time's a running out....

But back to the subject at hand....can someone explain this to me? Are they getting infected through the water and they're just carriers until they die....are the cows infected and they're eating them....WHAT'S GOING ON????

thanks for finally explaining it to me!! I thought that Randal was the walker in the woods. I also thought that Shane got up as a walker and came after Rick. But I couldn't understand how quickly it was supposed to have taken effect. So Shane wasn't already infected when Rick killed him or was he, and when did he get that way Thanks again!

Sunday night at 9:00 on AMC. Somebody said next week is the final show of the season.

Huge mistake killing off Shane. I was shocked.

I hate the way this group is portrayed. Stupid decisions made by the characters in leadership positions that put the entire group at risk. If you cannot contribute towards the survival of the group then you will kill them. Emotions and humanity take a back seat to survival in a zombie apocalypse.

If someone endangers the safety of you or family you eleminate the threat period. Thinking gets you killed.

I think it is airborne,you have the virus and if you die you become a walker,i knew Shanes time was coming,one more episode,wait til next season,it is going to be great,i won't spoil it for no one!!!!

Daryl and Rick are both my favorite. Daryl is such a complex character. I wonder if they will leave the farm after next week. It looks as if it is about to be over run

I think I read that the secret that the scientist at the CDC told Rick was that when they die they come back as walkers even if they hadn't been bitten. Everyone is infected. When Shane killed Randall, he came back quickly. When Rick killed Shane, Shane came back quickly. The virus may have mutated so that those who die come back quicker now.

The virus that makes them walkers has mutated.... the boy turned as soon as Shane killed him and Daryl stated that he didnt have a bite or scratch on him....

Shane wasnt bitten or scratched either.... but something was up with him ... he just went crazy.


I cried last week when Dale died... Shane on the other hand, needed to go.


There isnt going to be anyone left by the time Laurie's baby is born ....

I guess I thought it took hold a lot quicker than that to become a walker. It has been a while since one of the cast was made a walker, usually they just come out of the blue and start ripping someone to shreds.

Maybe he got knicked when he was on the bus fighting off walkers two weeks ago? I can't wait to watch it.

I haven't watched it yet or I'd tell you. You can rewatch it though. It probably plays several times tonight. I recorded it.

I really find it shocking they would kill Shane off. I thought he would be around for the long haul. He was killed off early in the comics I think.
