depends on what browser you're using, you'll simply clear your cache and cookies. If you're using IE, then go to Tools-Delete Browsing History. Make sure all the boxes are checked but Passwords and Preserve Favorites website data as they both need to be unchecked.

Let us know what happens. You can also download a program called CCleaner from: http://www.piriform.com/ and analyze then run the cleaner.

Make sure you do not delete your passwords if you cannot remember them.

Try clearing your form data in auto-fill.
